Welcome to the first Castle Kennedy Airfield visitors day.

PPR is essential, contact through website, or by telephone.
All movements at Pilots discretion.
There is no radio frequency for Castle Kennedy, please use Safetycom 135.475, and adopt standard blind call procedure.
No fuel available at Castle Kennedy, except mogas by prior arrangement.
After landing look for marshalled indication for parking.
Castle Kennedy is an ex WW2 airfield, and although great care is taken to remove loose stones no guarantee is given.
This day will not be open to the public, and is for visiting pilots only.
Please do not fly over the village to the west of the airfield
Normal landing fees apply with 10% donation to Galloway Talking Newspaper. (Supply of local news on tape for those hard of sight)
Catering provided by Ballards Butchers from Castle Douglas, Home made Burgers, bacon, and other rolls!
Proceeds from refreshments to cover costs
